About The Position

Encore Fire Protection is seeking a multi-talented, creative individual to join their Culture and Engagement division within the Talent, Culture, and People (TCP) Team. This role is a unique opportunity for a creative force adept at generating compelling content across diverse platforms, combining skills in graphic design, copywriting, social media management, and content management. The position will be instrumental in developing internal communications, social media content, marketing materials, and presentation decks. The ideal candidate will focus initially on understanding and absorbing the company culture, then transition to content development, and eventually take responsibility for originating engagement strategy themes. The role requires a fast-paced approach to managing multiple priorities and the ability to travel up to 25% to capture content opportunities across various Encore locations.

Requirements

• Portfolio showcasing content creation, copywriting, and design skills.
• Ability to accept feedback and remain motivated when ideas are not successful.
• Prior experience in content creation, copywriting, and design.
• Examples of writing to demonstrate communication style.
• Ability to develop content themes and design creative delivery methods.
• Experience with content management systems, social media platforms, and presentation software.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comparable experience to a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field if a degree is not held.
• Ability to travel up to 25% across Encore locations.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a versatile, template-based presentation deck to facilitate easy replication of brand standards across offices.
• Regularly produce original content for various forums, including quarterly operations meetings, leadership discussions, blog posts, internal newsletters, and potentially podcasts.
• Engage in continuous learning about industry trends, the company's role in the space, and strategies for maintaining a competitive edge.
• Transform ideas and themes into emails, newsletters, video concepts, and presentations tailored for diverse audiences.
• Develop original themes and ideas to guide the engagement strategy.
