About The Position

The Design Concepts & Styling function is central to the CODE product lifecycle, responsible for creating narratives, strategies, and future visions that inspire product creation. This team comprises creators, storytellers, and innovators who shape the future of Jordan Brand through design excellence, cultural relevance, and creative leadership. This role requires an individual capable of translating broad ideas into actionable plans, streamlined processes, and successful executions.

Requirements

• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Airtable, Keynote, Excel, and Mac-based tools.
• Ability to build alignment across teams through clear communication and effective planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead seasonal projects and key milestones supporting Design Concepts and Styling, including room builds, presentations, photoshoots, workshops, and reviews.
• Partner closely with Design Integration and cross-functional teams to drive alignment, ensure consistency, and keep projects moving forward.
• Manage project timelines and ensure key milestones are delivered throughout key gates and the product creation process.
• Support both Design Concepts and Styling functions.
• Drive alignment across teams, manage project timelines, and ensure key milestones are delivered.
