About The Position

Charlie Health is hiring a Creative Arts Facilitator to provide remote telehealth services to clients. The role supports the organization’s behavioral health programming, serving clients experiencing serious mental health and substance use concerns. Facilitators use creative modalities and a relational, empathetic approach to provide group treatment and build connections with clients. This is a 1099 contract position offering flexibility in scheduling and work location. Facilitators must be able to dedicate at least 9 hours per week to group sessions; the qualifications also describe availability between 9 and 40 hours per week. Evening availability is required to accommodate client schedules. Charlie Health’s Admissions team coordinates scheduling, handles communications outside sessions with clients and parents, and manages billing and insurance questions. Outreach and marketing staff help maintain a full schedule. The role is remote and uses cloud-based communication tools, an electronic medical record (EMR), and survey software. It is not available to candidates in Illinois. Candidates must complete applicable state background checks; Charlie Health will pay the cost of Florida’s fingerprint-based background check.
