The role is akin to a mini-founder, where the individual brings the idea, plan, and execution, supported by Clay's platform, brand, community, and resources. The work involves owning a specific area ('wedge') end-to-end, operating with founder-like autonomy, compounding the existing ecosystem, moving at an AI-native pace, and raising the team's overall standards.
