About The Position
Bonadent is actively recruiting for our Summer 2026 "Create Your Own Future Program". Selected candidates will receive 8 weeks of paid hands-on training and experience in our Dental Laboratory. Successful completion of the program will result in a full time offer of employment. Space is limited, interested candidates are encouraged to apply today!
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate and work well with others.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow structured workflows and maintain a clean, organized lab environment.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced lab environment with precision and consistency.
- Manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
- Ability to use small hand instruments.
- Ability to sit and/or stand 8 hours per day.
Responsibilities
- Participate in 8 weeks of paid hands-on training and experience in a Dental Laboratory.
- Engage in training areas including Visual Arts (Painting, Sculpting, Mapping & Photography), Computer Aided Design (Digital Design, CAD/CAM Procedures, 3D Printing & Rapid Prototyping), and Business & Communication (Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, Social Media & Graphic Design).
- Follow structured workflows and maintain a clean, organized lab environment.
- Work with precision and consistency in a fast-paced lab environment.
- Use small hand instruments.
- Sit and/or stand for 8 hours per day.
