CRE Analyst
About The Position
The CRE Analyst performs guarantor analyses and annual loan reviews and assists with the management of commercial real estate portfolio loans. The role works directly with Portfolio Managers and the Senior Underwriter. Work includes independently preparing short-form Loan Analysis Memorandums, conducting market research, reviewing financial statements, and clearing financial loan exceptions. The analyst also works with Portfolio Managers to clear past dues, review loan advances, analyze commercial real estate properties, evaluate borrower credit, and participate in calls and face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, economics, or a related field.
- Good communication skills.
- General credit or underwriting knowledge.
- Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office products.
