About The Position

The company is dedicated to creating and marketing unique products and fostering a passion for creativity, design, and art. This role is for a Crating Lead at the Sutherland Warehouse.

Requirements

• Reliable with good time management.
• Excellent communication with employees and managers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Working knowledge and safety of machinery such as nail/staple guns and saws.
• Must have transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders and assemble crates based on order needs.
• Maintain inventory of materials and communicate when orders need to be placed.
• Complete orders by running and managing a team of employees.
• Perform warehouse duties such as pulling orders, cleaning up, and moving furniture.
• Keep the work area clean and safe for oneself and others.
• Perform any other warehouse functions as needed by the Manager.
