About The Position

The Crater/Packer I performs assigned tasks related to order fulfillment, including inventory stock level checks and quality control (QC) verification. Daily assignments are based on production needs, and this role may be reassigned to other Crater/Packer tasks or departments as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
0--2 years of experience in a warehouse setting.
Knowledge and experience with warehouse equipment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer service driven.
Strong team player.
Ability to follow policies and procedures
Ability to read, write, and interpret information
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
Ability to sit, walk, or stand for the duration of the shift
Must possess visual acuity to perform essential job functions
Ability to conduct physical tasks with a full range of motion throughout the warehouse environment
Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Load and unload materials onto or off of pallets, platforms, skids, or lifting devices.
Identify, sort, pick, and package products.
Count, inspect, and validate product quantities and quality.
Record data, monitor inventory, report issues, and maintain product records.
Transfer devices systematically using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Perform other duties as assigned.
