About The Position

ALL Sunshine Crane Rental Corp. in Apopka, Florida, is seeking certified crane operators with a CDL for its rental taxi-fleet. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a comprehensive benefits package. The position is eligible for a $300 sign-on bonus, payable after 100 days of continuous, successful employment.

The ALL Family of Companies is a privately owned crane rental and sales enterprise with 29 branches operating under the ALL, Central, Dawes, and Jeffers names. Its operations serve industries including commercial construction, roads and bridges, power generation, plants and processing, and facility maintenance. Requirements

• Hold an active certificate from an accredited crane operator testing organization that meets OSHA criteria.
• A CDL with an acceptable motor vehicle record is highly desired.
• Demonstrate strong initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
• Work safely around moving machinery.
• Be able to work in conditions with marked changes in temperature and humidity.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in crane set-up and tear-down is a definite plus.
• A CDL with an acceptable MVR is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate complex heavy-lift equipment.
• Read lift plans and load charts and operate a personal computer.
• Maintain compliance with safety requirements and other regulations.
• Prepare appropriate documentation of actions taken.
