About The Position

This role involves operating an overhead crane with a remote control to load and offload steel plate and parts. The operator will be responsible for manipulating crane controls to regulate speed and direction, ensuring proper and safe loading and unloading procedures are followed. Additionally, the position requires reporting any equipment safety issues immediately and includes duties such as forklift operation, general labor, operating a hand grinder, and taking tape measurements.
