Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Crane Operator.
- Lattice Crane Certification.
- Experience using 200 feet or more of boom.
- Must have own transportation.
- Highly motivated.
- Willing to travel.
- Must pass a drug screen, physical, and criminal background check.
Responsibilities
- Performs any combination of duties on construction projects, often in a utility capacity and transferring between tasks.
- Completes required paperwork, forms, and records.
- Coordinates machine actions with crew members using hand or audio signals.
- Works independently once directed on a task.
- Obeys and follows all safety rules on the job site and encourages others to do the same.
- Maintains a good relationship with co-workers and collaborates effectively to accomplish tasks.
