About The Position
Training will be provided for the following: Crane inspections, Maintenance, Installation of SRD overhead, jib, and gantry cranes, Electrical and mechanical print reading and troubleshooting, AC drive wiring and programming.
Requirements
- Must have a strong safety record
- Industrial mechanical and electrical experience with a willingness to learn
- Good communication with problem-solving skills
- Self-directed with the ability to work with a team or in an individual setting
Nice To Haves
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining AC drives and PLC circuits
- Industrial electrical knowledge including 3 phase AC motors and controls
- Electrical and mechanical maintenance of production equipment
- Electrical testing equipment, Arc and mig welding
Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly crane inspections
- Assist with preventative maintenance
- Assist with troubleshooting and repair tasks of all electrical/mechanical crane systems
- Operation of mobile equipment including fork truck, tele-handler, man lift and overhead cranes
- Will be required to work at heights
