About The Position

This person will be responsible for performing general construction trades work in support of the operational goals of Marvin. Highlights of your role include possessing safe work habits and maintaining good housekeeping at all times. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who works well both independently and in team settings, with a willingness to learn and work in other trade skill areas as needed. Must be detail-oriented and able to read prints/drawings, with a good understanding of construction processes, including determining required tasks and their sequence. The role requires the ability to select the proper equipment or tool(s) for the job at hand and a skilled carpentry focus on customer satisfaction. Flexibility and willingness to move from job task to job task without hesitation are essential. Additional duties include rigging, movement, and installation of equipment, as well as willingness to be cross-trained in multiple departments and job roles.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Skilled carpenter.
• Detail-oriented.
• Able to read prints/drawings.
• Good understanding of construction processes.
• Ability to determine required tasks and their sequence.
• Ability to select proper equipment or tool(s) for the job.
• Focus on customer satisfaction.
• Flexible and willing to move from job task to job task without hesitation.
