About The Position

This person will be responsible for performing general construction trades work in support of the operational goals of Marvin. The role involves possessing safe work habits, maintaining good housekeeping, and working independently or in team settings. A willingness to learn and work in other trade skill areas is essential, along with the ability to read prints/drawings and understand construction processes, task determination, and sequencing. The individual must be able to select the proper equipment or tools for the job and be a skilled carpenter focused on customer satisfaction. Flexibility and the ability to move between job tasks without hesitation are important. Additional duties may include rigging, movement, and installation of equipment, as well as cross-training in multiple departments and job roles.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must have a good understanding of the construction processes.
• Must be a skilled carpenter.

• Prior experience in a craftsman type role a plus.
