Handyman Connection of Parker is looking for experienced Craftsmen to serve the Douglas County area. We are seeking well-rounded craftsmen who take pride in their work and value great customer experiences, and who enjoy tackling a variety of home repair and improvement projects with precision and professionalism. If you’re skilled in carpentry, drywall, painting, minor plumbing, electrical, or general home repairs — and want to be part of a supportive, fast-growing team — this opportunity is for you.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in home improvement or remodeling
Reliable work vehicle and own tools
Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
Must pass a background check
Friendly, professional, and committed to delivering a great customer experience
Comfortable using a smartphone and accessing mobile apps
Independent Contractor (1099) – Must carry general liability insurance (workers comp where required)
Ability to install residential deck and associated stairs, railings and fencing
Installation of wood and composite products according to manufacturer's specifications
Jobsite cleanup with emphasis on customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

Perform residential handyman jobs and home improvements with a focus on quality and professionalism
Accurately estimate labor and material costs and complete jobs with customer satisfaction in mind
Maintain strong communication with customers, office staff, and suppliers
Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
Represent Handyman Connection as a trusted, courteous professional in every interaction
Ability to install residential deck and associated stairs, railings and fencing
