About The Position
ProMaster Home Repair & Handyman is seeking skilled Craftsmen, Remodelers, Handymen, or Carpenters to join their team of Home Repair Heroes. The company offers a fun and supportive work environment that values teamwork and camaraderie. The work primarily involves residential repairs and remodels, encompassing skilled trades such as Carpentry, Drywall, Electrical, Paint, Plumbing, and Masonry. The role requires individuals to be passionate about residential repair and remodeling projects, handling tasks across various trades and engaging with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Willingness to work year-round, regardless of the weather.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights up to 3 stories.
- Pass a background check, drug screening, and driving history check.
- Commitment to wearing company uniforms and maintaining grooming standards (beards are not allowed, but a well-kept goatee or mustache is fine).
- Comfort with technology to manage operations and communicate with customers.
- Punctuality and reliability are a must.
Nice To Haves
- Background in Carpentry, Drywall, Electrical, Paint, Plumbing, and Masonry or a related skilled trade.
Responsibilities
- Handle tasks across a range of trades, including carpentry, drywall, electrical work, maintenance, painting, plumbing, roofing, and tiling.
- Complete projects and engage with clients to ensure their satisfaction throughout each phase.
