Requirements
- Proven experience in home maintenance, repair, or trade work
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation to commute to the job location
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- Experience with smart home technology installations
- Knowledge of ADA compliance and accessibility modifications
- Specialized experience in cabinetry, tile work, or finish carpentry
Responsibilities
- Review daily schedules and travel to customer locations using a company-provided vehicle
- Assess home repair and improvement needs and clearly explain scope of work to customers
- Perform a variety of tasks including carpentry, drywall repair, minor plumbing, electrical work, painting, and furniture assembly
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in customers’ homes
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and local building codes
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional communication at all times
