Responsibilities

Examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.
Communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
Look around the property and communicate to the customer things you could repair or things that our company can handle.
Take the time to earn the customer’s confidence and then inquire about additional work that could be performed.
Fix something small and then point it out to the customer to help them understand that we are capable of doing more.
Maintain the highest integrity and strive for top customer satisfaction.
Be an integral part of a winning team.
Demonstrate ability and willingness to exceed customers' expectations.
