Requirements

• Proven experience in home maintenance, repair, or trade work
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation to commute to the job location
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

• Experience with smart home technology installations
• Knowledge of ADA compliance and accessibility modifications
• Specialized experience in cabinetry, tile work, or finish carpentry

Responsibilities

• Review daily schedules and travel to customer locations using a company-provided vehicle
• Assess home repair and improvement needs and clearly explain scope of work to customers
• Perform a variety of tasks including carpentry, drywall repair, minor plumbing, electrical work, painting, and furniture assembly
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in customers’ homes
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and local building codes
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional communication at all times
