About The Position
We are one of Lake Norman's top-rated handyman, repair, and remodeling companies and have provided homes and businesses throughout Lake Norman with quality craftsmanship for all of their handyman needs. We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional Craftsman with skills in multiple trades. The ideal Craftsman candidate will possess a good overall knowledge of all trades: Plumbing, Carpentry, Tile, Electrical, Framing, and punch list work. Requirements
- Skills in multiple trades.
- Good overall knowledge of Plumbing, Carpentry, Tile, Electrical, and Framing.
- Proficiency in punch list work.
- Knowledge of what tools are needed for certain tasks.
- Quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.
- Excellent communication skills with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
- Clean-cut appearance.
- Decent looking vehicle.
- Organized tools.

Responsibilities
- Perform handyman, repair, and remodeling tasks.
- Utilize skills in multiple trades including Plumbing, Carpentry, Tile, Electrical, and Framing.
- Complete punch list work.
- Identify and communicate potential repairs or additional services to customers.
- Build customer confidence and inquire about additional work.
- Demonstrate ability and willingness to exceed customer expectations.
- Be punctual and efficient, maintaining the highest integrity and striving for top customer satisfaction.
- Be an integral part of a winning team.
