Requirements

Experience across multiple trades, including: Carpentry, Plumbing, Drywall, Painting, Tile, Basic Electrical
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Reliable transportation with a well-maintained vehicle.
Organized tools and familiarity with the equipment needed for a variety of repair projects.
Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Nice To Haves

Residential remodeling experience.

Responsibilities

Complete residential and light commercial repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects.
Perform carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, plumbing, and basic electrical repairs.
Troubleshoot issues and recommend effective solutions.
Communicate professionally with customers, office staff, and management.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Arrive on time and complete projects efficiently and professionally.
