Requirements
- Paid experience in carpentry, drywall, painting, minor plumbing, electrical work, or general home repairs.
Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance or remodeling project by providing construction skills for residents and businesses.
- Evaluate requests, price out all jobs, troubleshoot and effectively communicate with clients
- Finalize appropriate job materials and quantities for all projects
