About The Position

Ace Handyman Services, a part of Ace Hardware Home Services Inc., is seeking a Craftsman to perform maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects. This role involves executing precise and detailed workmanship across various materials like wood, metal, ceramics, or textiles, selecting appropriate materials based on project requirements, and demonstrating proficiency with hand and power tools. A key aspect of the role is delivering excellent customer service to maintain a high customer review average. Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in multiple trades.
Have current and valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Own truck or van.
Be able to become OSHA 10 Certified after 90 days of employment.
Own your own tools.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Proficient with Technology.
Delivering excellent customer service.

Nice To Haves

Experience providing estimates (time/money) for jobs and billing.
Service Titan experience.

Demonstrate proficiency in the use of a variety of hand and power tools, maintaining them in optimal condition to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Maintain a 4.5-star average from customer reviews - deliver a great experience that wows life-long repeat customers.
