This is a first shift position, and will report from 6:00am - 4:30pm on a 4/10 schedule. Expertise and Functions Fabricate commercial or military aircraft parts, accessories, and trim in accordance with technical specifications and Work Control Documents Work with a variety of materials, such as resins, carbon fiber, bonding, honeycomb fabric, and fiberglass Demonstrate attention to detail while working with various composite materials in all aspects of the composite process, including: crafting, sanding, assembly, clean room etiquette, class A oven, paint booth and autoclave Work with composites, using pre-preg and wet lay-ups Paint and finish parts to specifications Use hand and power tools to produce aircraft products Work both independently and as part of a team Follow written instructions precisely Other duties as assigned
