About The Position
The Craft Worker is a technical professional responsible for the manufacturing, maintenance, and improvement of components in the production area. This position requires specialized skills in the use of machinery and tools, as well as attention to safety and ergonomic details.
Requirements
- Proficiency in the use of machine tools (saws, drills, screwdrivers)
- Knowledge of industrial safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams
- Precision and attention to detail
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
- Effective communication with the work team
Responsibilities
- Operate cutting machines (saws) with precision and safety
- Use drills and other drilling machines according to technical specifications
- Use hand tools (screwdrivers and similar) for assembly and disassembly
- Install, adjust, and maintain safety guards on machines and workstations
- Repair and restore workstations to ensure optimal operating conditions
- Organize and prepare work areas, maintaining standards of cleanliness and order
- Perform visual inspections of equipment to identify preventive maintenance needs
- Comply with occupational and industrial safety procedures
