About The Position

The Craft Coordinator is responsible for establishing a monthly calendar of events, including in-store demonstrations, classes, and workshops. This role involves planning and coordinating craft fairs, community service projects, and in-store events. The coordinator will explain and demonstrate product usage and craft techniques, maintain and promote the designated craft display area with current trends, and manage craft class sign-ups and scheduling. Additionally, the position requires continuous training of store personnel on product knowledge and new craft ideas.

Requirements

• Organize work to complete assignments, maintain accuracy, pay attention to detail and demonstrate customer service standards
• Strong mathematical skills
• Ability to work under pressure, demonstrate effective decision-making and ability to exercise sound judgement
• Ability to effectively communicate written and verbally
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
