About The Position

SanTan Brewing Company is looking for a Craft Cocktail Bartender/Server to join their team in Chandler, AZ. Spirit House, a cocktail-driven bar with a delicious food menu, lounge-like atmosphere and knowledgeable, approachable staff, aims to demystify the world of distilling and flavor pairing through friendly education and quality service. They are devoted to uncommon quality for everyday occasions and are looking for eager, energetic and friendly team members who share their vision. This position complies with the Arizona Minimum Wage Tip Credit in accordance with AZ Statute 23-363(C): Industrial Commission of Arizona daily take home cash tips and hourly wage payouts bi-weekly.

Requirements

Have a great attitude

Be passionate about customer service, craft beer and craft spirits
Have excelled as a server/bartender at a neighborhood family style restaurant/bar or craft cocktail bar for at least 1 year (not night clubs or resorts)
Be flexible with open availability
Will love to learn and have fun while creating a safe and positive work environment for guests and employees alike
Bartending: 1 year (Required)
Arizona Title IV: Responsible Alcohol Serving Certificate (Preferred)
Food Safety Certification (Preferred)

Bend, crawl, twist, turn, lift, kneel, climb ladders and stairs
Stand for prolonged periods
Work indoors and outdoors
Regularly lift/carry objects (35 lbs.) repeatedly and safely above waist-level
Occasionally move heavy objects (165 lbs.) with a hand-truck or pallet-jack
