About The Position

Centurion is seeking a Full-time Director of CQI to join their Regional Office team in Springfield, Illinois. This role oversees organization for all statewide correctional facilities within a state, managing a broad range of administrative tasks related to healthcare services. The Director coordinates administrative needs with facility personnel and manages appointments and transfers across the state system. Candidates must reside in Illinois and be able to travel to Illinois facilities often.

Requirements

RN license strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Health Sciences, Social Science, Program Management, Public Administration or related field.
Experience in quality improvement and quality assurance which includes evaluating the quality of services, identifying problems and needs and recommending corrective action and improvements to ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, procedures and standards.
Experience in ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards for behavioral health care delivery.
Experience in developing policies or procedures.
At least two years’ leadership experience overseeing/coordinating the work of a multidisciplinary team.
Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.
