About The Position

Join our Corporate Payment Systems (CPS) team as a Process Improvement Analyst, where you’ll play a key role in strengthening and scaling processes across the KYC/AML and risk governance space. In this role, you’ll evaluate existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help design solutions that are efficient, compliant, and sustainable. You’ll also lead procedure management efforts—ensuring documentation is clear, up to date, and aligned with regulatory and business requirements. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll partner with teams across.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Four to six years of related experience

  • Strong technical skills in process mapping, procedure creation, and controls

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and improve processes across KYC/AML, contract management, and proposal (RFP) areas
  • Own procedure management, including creating, updating, and maintaining documentation and annual reviews
  • Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Risk to ensure proper approvals and governance
  • Translate regulatory and policy requirements into practical, executable processes
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives tied to audits, regulatory changes, and business priorities
  • Track deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure alignment across stakeholders
