About The Position
We’re looking for a CPAP Resupply Coordinator to join our dedicated team! In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice that helps patients get the CPAP supplies they need to rest easy and breathe better. You’ll communicate directly with patients, verify information, process supply orders, and make sure everything runs smoothly—from prescriptions to shipping. Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.

- The ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior customer service experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person!
Responsibilities
- Call patients to review current CPAP supplies and identify what they need next.
- Verify patient information, insurance details, and mailing addresses.
- Request updated prescriptions or documentation from physicians.
- Explain copays/deductibles and assist with collections as needed.
- Enter orders and authorizations accurately.
- Ensure orders meet utilization guidelines and are processed correctly.
- Coordinate shipping, tracking, and invoicing for each order.
