About The Position

The Coverage Coordinator coordinates caregiver schedules and ensures effective shift coverage to meet client needs. The role is suited to a solution-oriented team player who works well in a collaborative environment. This is a full-time, on-site position with daytime business hours, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

• Previous scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and shift assignments to optimize caregiver utilization.
• Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts using sound judgment.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and caregivers to support effective communication and collaboration.
