About The Position

The Couture Wardrobe Attendant is responsible for the meticulous care, organization, and presentation of high-end garments and accessories for all guests, VIPs, and collections within Nemacolin. This role ensures all wardrobe items—ranging from couture apparel to delicate fabrics—are maintained to the highest luxury standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and a deep understanding of garment care, aligning with Forbes Five-Star service expectations. This role requires record-keeping skills via computer, professional communication, as well as excellent customer service. This position also requires occasional sewing and hemming skills to assist with alterations, ensuring the proper fit of all garments.

Requirements

  • Must be able to speak English.
  • Excellent attention to detail, initiative, and passion.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that associates and guests are properly fitted with the correct uniform items.
  • Operating a sewing machine and blind hemmer.
  • Sewing, hemming, making alterations, and placing buttons on garments.
  • Keeping the Uniform Room clean and well organized.
  • Helping other team members as needed.
  • Communicating and addressing associates’ and guests’ concerns as they arise.
  • Labeling and communicating inventory quantities.
  • Tracking tasks and problem-solving.
  • Maintaining Nemacolin standards at all times.
  • Interacting with guests and associates in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Must have the ability to problem solve and track the prioritization of tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Other job duties as assigned.
