Requirements

• Must have a High School diploma or its equivalent
• One year of experience in security or a related field

Responsibilities

• Monitors electronic scanning equipment and control access of persons entering the courthouse
• Maintains physical control of public and employee access
• Checks for proper identification of employees entering the courthouse
• Assists with courthouse evacuations dictated by emergency situations
• Provides overall security functions as directed
• Provides information to visitors and employees
