This team plays an important role in creating a welcoming, safe, and positive experience by providing transportation assistance and valet services with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail. Working alongside staff across the organization, Courtesy Drivers help ensure every patient and visitor feels cared for from the moment they arrive, reflecting Lakewood's commitment to exceptional service and personalized care.
Requirements
- Current Minnesota Driver’s license
- 5-star service standards
- Detail oriented
- Able to multi-task and problem solve
- Works closely with patients and visitors
- First point of contact for some of our patients and visitors

Responsibilities
- Providing professional, safe, high-quality transportation for patients and visitors to/from Lakewood Health System’s parking lot.
- Offer a ride to patients to and from their vehicles to the front door of the hospital, or clinic.
- Provide transportation in a prompt and safe manner.
- Complete valet service upon request in a prompt and safe manner.
- Appear neat, well-groomed and follow dress code standards.
- Display a pleasant, friendly, positive attitude towards all patients/visitors.
