About The Position

Avis Budget Group is seeking a Courtesy Bus Driver for their airport locations. This role is crucial as the driver will be one of the first and last impressions customers have, contributing to a positive and stress-free rental experience. The driver will safely and efficiently transport customers between the airport terminal and the rental car facility, providing excellent customer service, assisting with luggage, and communicating important information about the rental process. Adherence to safety procedures, driving standards, and DOT requirements is essential.

Requirements

• Valid U.S. Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) (Chauffeur license may be required depending on location)
• Previous professional driving experience
• Ability to obtain DOT medical clearance
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and sit, stand, enter, exit, and drive a bus for prolonged periods
• Must be at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
