About The Position

Bothell Municipal Court is seeking a Court Support Services Case Manager to supervise misdemeanor probation cases, support compliance with court-ordered requirements, and utilize evidence-informed practices to encourage accountability and positive outcomes. This role involves managing a caseload of individuals on misdemeanor probation, monitoring compliance with court-ordered conditions such as restitution, community service, treatment, evaluations, detention, no-contact orders, and other sentencing requirements. The Case Manager will conduct interviews, assessments, and investigations to identify individual risks, needs, strengths, barriers, and progress toward successful outcomes. They will utilize evidence-informed supervision strategies, including motivational interviewing, case management, and problem-solving approaches, to encourage accountability and positive behavior change. Additionally, the role supports restorative justice programs, including Community Court, through participant engagement, case coordination, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and program implementation. The position requires providing professional, impartial, culturally responsive, and confidential services while delivering excellent customer service and supporting the mission and goals of the Court and City.
