About The Position
This role combines research, customer service, and order management responsibilities, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping customers find the information they need and ensuring a high-quality service experience. As a Legal Research Specialist, you will support customers by conducting legal research, managing expert witness search requests, and delivering accurate, timely information.
Requirements
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to use Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Be able to show great customer service and relationship building skills
- Have equivalent work experience in law, legal research, customer support, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and provide information obtained by using internal and external resources
- Deliver clear, concise, accurate, timely and thorough communication to internal and external customers
- Apply established standards to the order management process to effectively meet departmental objectives
- Act as an advocate for the customer in reporting feedback and resolving issues
- Work effectively and cooperatively in a team environment and collaborate across the organization
