The Seventh Judicial District is seeking qualified applicants to fill a full-time District Centralized Probate Team Leadworker II position. This position is being posted as an internal promotional opportunity available to current Seventh Judicial District Court Administration staff. The person hired for this position will be working from their current work location. This position allows for a hybrid work environment and will require regular on-site work assignments. Typical hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, with some flexibility based on business needs. The Leadworker II position will independently provide work direction, training, report monitoring, answering processing questions, and responding to public and stakeholder inquiries for the full Centralized Probate Team. This position will perform the full range of lead and advanced court operations work in the centralized probate team under limited supervision of an assigned supervisor. Work also includes performing a full range of court operations work including case processing and advanced problem-solving responsibilities.
