Under the direction of the appointing Judge, the Court Coordinator performs professional administrative, docket management, and caseflow management functions for the assigned court. The position manages and coordinates the court's caseload, which may include criminal, civil, family, juvenile, probate, or other matters within the jurisdiction or assignment of the court. The Court Coordinator manages the court's docket and calendar; monitors cases from filing or assignment through disposition; coordinates hearings, jury and non-jury trials, and other court proceedings; facilitates communication among the court, attorneys, litigants, court personnel, County departments, and other governmental agencies; and assists the Judge in the efficient administration and operation of the court.
