About The Position
This is complex and specialized clerical duties for the Judicial Division of the Mobile County Probate Court.
Requirements
- Graduation from a standard senior high school, or the successful completion of the General Educational Development (GED) test, supplemented by legal or paralegal courses, and a minimum of three years clerical experience, including one year court clerical experience, preferably in a probate court environment; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.
- Must meet established medical and physical standards for the class of work.
- Appointees must bear the cost of the medical examination.
