About The Position

McGill University is seeking a Course Lecturer for NUTR 342 - Applied Human Resources for the Fall 2026 semester. This position is located at the Macdonald Campus, School of Human Nutrition. The course is scheduled for Thursdays from 8:35 AM to 11:25 AM. The Course Lecturer will be responsible for teaching management of people in the workplace, preferably related to the nutrition and food service environment. Availability during McGill's exam sessions, which occur for two weeks after the end of classes, is required, including grading final exams as part of the contract. Requirements

• Teaching at the university level is an asset.
• Team leadership experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) and/or Masters in education or management.
• English communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Availability on the day of a scheduled final exam.
• Required to grade final exams as part of their contract.
