OnRamps prepares students and teachers for success in the classroom and beyond. We build partnerships across K12 and higher education to raise the bar on dynamic experiences that advance student success while lowering barriers to access and opportunity. The OnRamps Rhetoric course team seeks an undergraduate or graduate-level student assistant for up to ten hours a week to support course delivery and experience for more than 12,000 high school students statewide. OnRamps Rhetoric encompasses two different UT-designed Rhetoric courses – RHE 306 and RHE 309J – that are taken by students dually enrolled in OnRamps and a concurrent high school course. This position will primarily support documentation processing for potential academic integrity violations. Additional responsibilities may include data analysis to identify trends across our course’s student base, coordinating with the Senior Course Manager and team Coordinators to develop student and Instructor communications, providing timely, accurate, and professional responses to student extension requests submitted via an online platform, and other duties as assigned. The position also focuses on supporting scaled communications, scheduling, reporting, and learning management system maintenance as well as just-in-time assistance with seasonal and urgent projects.
