About The Position

The Role As a Courier, you are a vital link in our patient care chain. You will be responsible for the safe and timely transport of mail, medical instruments, records, pharmacy items, and supplies across Southwoods Health facilities.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable, safe driving history.
- Comfortable sitting or walking for extended periods and able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently.
- Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick up and deliver items across various Southwoods disciplines and locations.
- Successfully complete daily assigned routes while following proper hand-off procedures.
- Operate company vehicles responsibly and ensure the secure transport of all items, including monetary deposits.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with supervisors regarding route status or delays.
