Requirements

Part time position
Use of employee's personal vehicle for courier activities
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license
Good driving record
Organized individual who can follow instructions for delivering materials.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Courteous, professional and represents ARCTOS in a professional manner.
Ability to adjust to change if needed.
US citizen or permanent resident
High School Diploma
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to lift containers weighing between 10-30 pounds.
Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screening; subsequent random screening per anti-drug and alcohol misuse prevention program requirements.

Nice To Haves

Candidates should be comfortable with light to moderate physical work and supporting team activities in the field.

Responsibilities

Pickup and delivery of materials, typically within a 35 mile radius of Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio.
Deliveries and pickups generally occur two days per week and may involve multiple trips depending on the quantity and type of materials requested.
Materials may include scientific demonstration equipment and supplies delivered to local schools and partner locations.
Assisting with setup, moving equipment and materials, and performing other physical or logistical tasks as needed.
Supporting team activities in the field.
Administrative duties may be assigned as needed and could include support of home office operations, proofreading, document creation and editing, spreadsheet support, and general office assistance.
