About The Position

Labcorp is seeking a Courier to join our team in Lincoln, NE. This role involves loading necessary supplies, completing daily pick-up schedules in a timely manner, and delivering daily picks to the branch at the end of the shift. The Courier will handle all specimens and lab samples safely and efficiently, operate a company vehicle obeying all traffic laws, and utilize a handheld electronic device to manage daily pick-ups. They will also work directly with the dispatcher for additional pick-ups as needed and evaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes, and weather conditions. Requirements

Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
Be 21 years of age or older
Punctual with strong time management skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Customer service experience
Ability to problem solve customer issues
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and in a team
Comfortable working under minimal supervision
No experience or education required

Nice To Haves

Current or Prior Labcorp experience
2 or more years of professional courier or route‑based delivery experience within a medical or laboratory company.
1 or more years of experience handling medical specimens or supporting hospital / laboratory operations
2 or more years of experience using handheld delivery‑management devices or route optimization tools, such as scanners, GPS‑based routing software, or dispatch applications
