About The Position
This is an excellent position for those who wish to seek a part-time position in a fun and engaging work environment, working with an amazing team that aims to build bridges of partnership with our clients. ARL is looking for a highly motivated, meticulous, and savvy driver with excellent driving record to join our amazing Sample Management Team. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and stay cool under pressure are an absolute requirement. A great personality, positive attitude, and ability to work and communicate well with others are a must. Data entry, basic math, interpretive, and analytical skills are helpful. ARL's Sample Management Team must demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism.
Requirements
- Must have earned High School Diploma
- Fluency in English
- Valid Driver's license
- Good driving record
- Ability to work in GMP/GLP environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to dress, communicate, and represent ARL professionally
- An excellent ability to keep calm under pressure and stay focused to successfully fulfill responsibilities
- Ability to skillfully adapt to changing demands
- Ability to communicate effectively, eloquently, and diplomatically with diverse clients and team members
- Ability to work efficiently and independently and with a team
- Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs
Nice To Haves
- Data entry, basic math, interpretive, and analytical skills are helpful.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a professional customer representative for ARL
- Follow assigned pickup and delivery routes
- Follow traffic regulations and ARL policies and procedures in performing duties
- Assist with sample management whenever necessary
- Perform general data input
- Pick up samples from clients between approximately 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
