About The Position

The Courier Pay Analyst sits within the Delivery Operations subteam at JET Logistics, reporting to the Manager, Courier Pay. You'll be part of the team focused on how we move food from restaurant to door and how we make that journey work for the couriers who make it happen. This is a Monday to Friday role with real commercial impact. At the strategic level, you'll own the analysis and recommendation of courier incentive and pay models across Canada. That means designing experiments, evaluating what's working, and bringing forward data driven proposals that shape how we compete for courier supply in every market we operate in. Day to day, you'll be hands-on deploying incentive packages, running post-analysis on experiments and BAU activities, and working closely with the scheduling and insights teams to anticipate where the network needs support before problems arise. You'll also play a key role in the continued rollout of our Courier Pay tools. Stakeholder communication is a big part of the job. You'll be translating complex data into clear recommendations for market teams and senior leadership, and acting as a go-to point of contact for pay-related initiatives across the Canadian business.
