The Courier & Operations Support Specialist is responsible for the secure and timely transport of mail, documents, supplies, and branding materials between branch locations, corporate offices, external vendors and mail delivery channels including, but not limited to, USPS, UPS and FedEx. The courier ensures efficient daily delivery operations, while maintaining a high standard of organization, communication and reliability and leveraging technology to manage ticketing and fulfillment requests. A company vehicle is provided for all work-related travel. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
