About The Position
The Coupler Assembler is responsible for the assembly of the focus housing of the endoscope as well as ensuring that the product is free from visible dirt, dust, or scratches. This will include disassembly, cleaning, machining, assembly, checking, and testing the final product.
Requirements
- Microscope experience
- Ability to maintain precise hand eye coordination to perform detailed tasks with accuracy
- Strong mechanical and visual inspection skills
Responsibilities
- Disassembly of optical / mechanical assembly
- Clean surfaces & threads using custom hand tools and motorized hand tools
- Sort, inspect components, clean, and reassemble optical/mechanical assembly
- Inspect for function and against specifications
- Other duties as requested, directed, or assigned based on knowledge and training experience
