About The Position

As Country IT Manager US & Canada based in Dallas, DKSH North America’s headquarters, you will leverage your strong business acumen and comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure while collaborating with the Country Leadership Team. Requirements

  • Good knowledge of SAP, especially MM and SD modules, with a proven record in optimizing business processes
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel macros) to optimize workflows and support business efficiency
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure, including cloud, networks, and security
  • Experienced in IT project management from planning through execution
  • Experienced in ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks
  • Skilled in managing IT budgets and resources effectively
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization
  • Familiar with IT regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Experienced in managing high-performing IT services and key stakeholders
  • Proven experience in a global shared services IT environment
  • At least 10 years of IT management experience
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day IT operations across USA and Canada, ensuring the smooth functioning of all systems and alignment with company strategies
  • Manage local IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and communication systems, ensuring compliance with global IT policies, security standards, and local regulations
  • Collaborate with the Regional IT Director and global Digital & IT teams to align country-specific initiatives with company strategies and ensure consistent communication with country stakeholders, including the local leadership teams
  • Manage local IT vendors and service providers, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality services, while overseeing the deployment of new software, hardware, and technologies
  • Develop and manage the local IT budget, ensuring efficient use of resources, and monitor IT support tickets for timely issue resolution
  • Conduct regular IT audits, assessments, and asset management processes to identify areas for improvement and maintain IT standards
  • Engage consistently with the Country Leadership Team, key business users, and stakeholders on IT activities and requirements, ensuring alignment with global standards
  • Prepare and present regular IT performance reports to the Regional IT Director, staying updated on the latest Digital & IT trends and assessing their impact on the business
